Featuring ensemble members Jascha Narveson and Kirsten Volness for an evening of piano and electro-acoustic music, with special guests Shelley Washington and Sideband.

Jascha Narveson (jaschanarveson.com) was raised in a concert hall and put to sleep as a child with an old vinyl copy of the Bell Labratories mainframe computer singing "Bicycle Built for Two." He now makes music for people, machines, and interesting combinations of people and machines, with performances by Ashley Bathgate, Tenth Intervention, Dither and more.

Kirsten Volness (kirstenvolness.com) is a composer, pianist and educator. Her electroacoustic work has been performed at numerous festivals including Illuminus Boston, BourgesSEAMUSNYCEMFElectronic Music Midwest, Noise FloorElectroacoustic Barn Dance, and Third Practice. Kirsten teaches privately and at the University of Rhode Island. She served on the board of directors for the non-profit Boston New Music Initiative and is dedicated to fostering the creation, production, and promotion of new music and multimedia performance.
